RCARTF Katana GF26i

Just Ian and Colin from http://www.rcartf.co.uk messing with their CRRC-pro Katana 26i's.
These are early flights, 3rd flight for each plane on a windy day so just sorting out the throws, rates and Expo.
Planes are fitted out accordingly.
JR DSX9 for one and JR 9XII for the other.
RX, R7000 and R77s respectively.
Servos. MG996's on all flying surfaces, SG5010's on throttle
Engines. CRRC GF26i V2 engines that come with the model.

A MLD 28 cc might be a better choice. More power less weight.

@jshipatbeck not complete it isn't and it is rear mounted, doesn't have a side exhaust oh the list goes on

Awesome so far, starts great, loads of power and very flexible. still runing it in at the moment but can't wait till it has a gallon through it and it starts really performing

I understand the MLD Power is for 9500rpm, CRRC is for realistic and achieveable 7500RPM so power for power they are pretty close. MLD is a bulkhead mount so wouldn't be suited for this model either. Weight for weight they are about the same too.

CRRC V2 is a beam mounted engine with inclusive engine mount and standoffs for bulkhead / radial style mount. Plane was purposely built to suit the CRRC which, being a profile, needs the bean mount style.

It really is a superb package as is.
