Two miles out from Marina Del Rey, I run into an acre wide pool of garbage, and those plastic bags won't go away for years out there. I'm thinking of buying a pool skimmer net and making it my life's work to try and clean up the ocean but I was hoping to get some HELP with the video. We need some kind of net or grate over the Balona creek storm water/Sewer exit! I think storm water washes the bags and garbage off the street into the sewer, and it all winds up in the Santa Monica Bay!
