AND!!!! When Noah was shot, how did he have his surgery then?!

Yes, of course. However ... said adult has to consent to being adopted. He can't be adopted while he's lying unconscious in a hospital bed. Right?

This shows how behind the States are about Gay rights. In Canada, same sex couples living together are considered common-law couples if they are not married. We went thru these "next of kin" thing in the 80's...My god they are behind..!!!..And Lily and Holden have lots of money to pay for surgery. They don't have to worry about insurance..As far as the puch in the nose Luke gave Mason....it was well deserved.

You can't adopt a 23 year old college student!! I really don't see how, if anything the Luke is really the only one that could be even that is a streach...could Noah have anything though the millitaty still or not?!!

After NOah wakes up, Luke and Noah can give each other a power of attorney, so they can make medical decision if some reason one of them cant.
