@501video501 400 ex are the best, u will never have a problem with it! mines an 03. with my fourtrax i just polished piston and put it bk in, made it so it fired and got rid of it. ahhaha

Same thing happend to me on my 06 KX125, i was running to hot of a plug, had er' pinned 6th gear on a paved logging road and the piston rings melted to the piston, no scoring to the cylinder luckily, just built up aluminium and got that off with 600 grit sand paper, but the piston was scored bad, about $250 for a wiesco piston and gasket kit, easy fix.
