Great video. I just made rum cake for the first time about 20 minutes ago and thought I had ruined my cake because it seemed like too much glaze. Hopefully, it will turn out as good as it sounds. I also used Captain Morgan's - it was by accident but I'm glad to know this is okay.
I guess my one error/mistake was to use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. I hope the cake still turns out okay.
