How do you get the erratic movement from the motor?

@screaminscott The reindeer motors move both ways and go in reverse if in a bind as to not damage the motor. The random movement is a product of the motor changing direction.

@screaminscott Luck I keep getting them from the moving reindeer. I find them at garage sales in the trash in in my neighbors yard or my very own reindeer hehe

@mirageot My leering guy was just brushed with leather jell stain. Works really well.

That is an awesome prop Steve and with the GB's set out around him it looks like he is calling them too him. You have a list so I won't make any suggestions but the possibilities are endless!
