Here's a great little circuit for strength endurance and work capacity, very specifically hits the grip and upper body musculature. Powerbag/sandbag shouldering, KB crush push-ups, KB crush pull-ups (notice the superb form hahaha!!!), thick rope roll-outs. This circuit is performed for max rounds in 20 mins and it really kicked arse!!! The tension needed for the crush exercises is unreal and takes its toll over the time frame.
