The Cross to me is: The very POWER of GOD, something viewed w/ Awe, Respect and obedience. Never 2 B mocked or desecrated. It represents the LOVE that GOD has for ALL OF US!!!-Being that He sent His ONLY SON to DIE 4 the SINS of the WHOLE WORLD. It is an object of affection. WOE to those mock it. Those who don't respect the cross hate God. To wear a cross while you living a sinful life (sex, drugs, alcogol, homosexuality, etc.) is a total disgrace and disrespect for what our SAVIOR JESUS DID FOR THE WHOLE WORLD. THE TIME IS NOW TO REPENT and to stop living like filthy animals.

Believe me, I'm not mocking Jesus; but if we look into the history of the Bible, it was a composite book put together by a council of Preachers and Priests in 55 A.D. It does not include the gospels written by Jesus, Mary Magdalene, Judas, or any number of other participants. Furthermore, Jesus did not command people "Read and quote the bible as justification for your own deeds" which is what alot of people seem to do today.

The cross is a symbol of what Christ did. But, we shouldn't make it an idol. No one should be wearing gaudy "cross" jewelry and making an graven image.

Worship and follow Christ.
