Quins have apologised unreservedly, been harshly punished, and the act was condenmed by everyone involved with Quins. Cheating is to be found in umpteen forms within rugby union, fabricating the blood injury isn't an uncommon form its naive to think so. Given the stature of the game and idiocy and blatent actions of Williams afterwards this incident has been acted against.
Rightly so? Without doubt yes, harshly? Yes and the sentances will be halved
Quins apologised and were punished move on.

Dam right, Quins bloody cheated. if the last attempt at drop goal had have made it the hard work, blood sweat and tears that Leinster put into the seasons competition would have been wrongly torn away from them.
As for Damian Hopley comment, although i would never condone gouging and think it's a horrible part of the game, it is in the heat of the moment where as Quins actions were per meditated
