ie: in other parts he mentions the name of his partner in crime, tells us that he did not loose any sleep over the death of natelee and he also tells us some striking details about his father's (the lawyer/judge) involvement.

According to this confession which I believe to be true, she died of an overdose on the beach. He paniced and called instead of the cops a wrong friend who dumped here in the sea. So technically he's not guilty of murdering or dumping the body. He's guilty of lying and making the wrong choices, but not guilty of murder.
