for everyone who says they have scratches after taking it off it might be because you never followed the instructions that came with the case. the instructions say to take off the case and clean it and your laptop once a month. it is easy to take off if you start on an edge with your finger nail and slowly slide it until it pops the thing off. =)

do i have to open this again to clean it or can i put it forever?
-
YES it does leave scratches!!! I have had my MacBook for not even two months and decided to take it off today to clean it and I have MANY scuffs and scratches on the top! I also have purple circles on the bottom of it from the bottom of the case! I'M PISSED! I would not suggest anyone purchase this case! Oh yeah and it is HELL to get off!

Is the mac able to open further than a 90 degree angle with the cover on?
-
Thanks, you just sold me on it :)

he's really rough with the computer, obviously it's not his :P

I have the satin version in purple and i love the look except that the satin is coming off after 1 min of use! and i didn't get a cleaning cloth either. WTF? Speck better replace this otherwise my boss said he will not be carrying their line!
I keep hearing the see thru cases scratch the mac. I also hear the satin has a "softer" side that won't scratch the mac up as much.
This is the only case that really catches my attention.
The InvisibleShield is not really an option.
What do you think?>
Thanks!

I have used both and have been happy with them. I do prefer the Bodyguardz or Wrapsol over the Invisible shield
