im praying for you sweetheart! i have never been where your at. my weight goes from 130-135. im 5'3. I do go on these sort of binges. i will eat too much one day and not eat anything the next. I am crazy out of my ears... I get really paranoid but I am terified to tell anyone.......

I know EDnos sucks horribly plus id my family ever finds out most insurance companies don't cover EDNOS so if they want me to get better they'll have to pay for it with their own money. worse than anorexia and bulimia, sorry to the people who have it but it's true.

Sweetie..I started out like you so many years ago. I have years of books where I habitually write down every morsel I put in my mouth..I know calorie, every carb and guilt in every bite. Yes, I am tiny but I have paid huge price to be a size 2. I could actually eat food and be a size 6, yet somehow my brain cannot accept that as reasonable. Try and deal with this now so it is not a compulsion. You are so young and sweet.
