Video of 1965 Memorial day parade in McFarland Wisconsin. This was an annual parade followed by a Chicken bar-b-que.
The following Info has been added from participants: The band members on the video are from graduating classes of 1965 and 1966. They are Larry White, Dick Seeger, Jon Nelson and Mark Beyer. The Badger Boy and Girl are from the class of 1965. Badger Boy is Tom Harrison and Badger Girl is Sue Kirch.
At the end of the video there is a good shot of Marv Langeteig (President of McFarland State Bank) at the grill.

I was startled to see my dad marching as one of the Legionaires. He's been dead 21 yrs. Can't believe I'm looking back! Bernie Friedlund is one of the Scout Masters.

Daaamn! That gave me a great feeling for some reason. Im also a McHigh student but im doing exchange in japan right now, so just seeing those images of where i used to cruise, and then the fact that theyre over 40 yrs old blows my mind. for some reason i feel an overwhelming respect for my shitty-ass-middle-of-nowhere town.

Americana at its best. Probably from around 1965 (saw either a 64 or 65 Chevy Malibu in the parade).
