@Arrowfur Excuse me, but neatness is not an art form, and do not say things like that without a reason. Personally, I think this a good drawing, especially in such a simple program like Paint. But, if you've seen blind people do better, then prove it. If not, keep your insults to yourself.

This video, in addition to being awesome, is a good example of the painterly method of painting, as opposed to the linear method. Basically you start with masses of color, and work in the details and refinements, whereas with the linear method you draw outlines and carefully fill in the color.
