Fev was clearly smashed that night, but at least he sung the words right and was still dressed respectable. Maybe he should have sung all night instead of mixing in with the crowd. It will be Coke Cola in a jug with ice this year if Fev is invited that is.

Players in the 80s were not professionals. Many worked a second job.
Fevola is (or is meant to be) a full-time footballer.
Whether he wants it or not, he is representing his football club and an unwritten agreement is that when you are out, you behave in a socially acceptable manner.
If you were at a venue and a person acted like he did that night, you might have a chuckle at first, but you would eventually get sick of it.

I think you've heard on the news now there was a lot more to the night, let's leave it at that, despite to say no wonder Carlton let him go, they had no option , some of the stuff he did could not be wiped under the carpet, at least in Brisbane he can get away from his drunken shadow.
