Hey .. im planning to buy this device , one questions... can i connect an external DVD drive to one of the USB ports and access files of my dvds on my network. that way ill have a network shared DVD drive.. thx :)
Do not buy it. I have one and:
1. wifi works at 1 Mbps while all other laptops and devices are working at 114 Mbps (the device stands 50 cms away from the wifi router)
2. torrent client does not work
3. you cannot upload files with special characters (too bad if you use letters with accents)
4. Iomega is not improving the software since its first release
5. Absolutely no support from Iomega, no matter the language you write them.
