Last part of my triology in which I'm trying to show you that you can easily copy some of those fine boutique drive pedals with the axe-fx standard or ultra. This time it's the RC Booster, the Red Snapper and the Sparkle Drive.

  • the very first clip without any pedals sounds killer. I have an Ultra and a G&L Bluesboy. Have you posted your patches anywhere?

  • @miknshla: thanks! but these video's were made with firmware 6.xx (I think). I haven't got these patches anymore.

  • Hey, these are great videos. I was wondering, is there a way you could please add some new video or update for the new 9.0 firmware? You seem to have a lot of knowledge when it comes to drive units and so maybe that knowledge translates into understanding of how Cliff has updated things with this firmware. Anyways, thanks for all the work you did!

  • how much was the Ultra?

  • That´s virtually the same! Got to love the axe-fx! ^^

Would have been nice if you could make a tutorial on how to set up the vocoder too. I had some problems with that...
