I know it's not easy to quit, I remember watching my parents agree to quit at the same time... and Mom would catch Dad in the garage lighting up within hours! lol

I've been in rehab and running was a big thing there. I was able to run 10 kilometers straight in 3 weeks! And I was still smoking cigarets.
They're really big on teaching you to get a natural high instead of using drugs. It sure works.

@phekwig Holy crap! You and Cindy quit smoking?! I remember when I met you in Toronto, you guys were pretty serious smokers. That's fantastic that you quit. I'm really proud of you!
