the first time i listened to this song i was like 15 or 16, that was almost 10 years... ( i coulda been a lil bit older) but either way the song saved me from the evils of life as a teen... whenever things get to be too much... this is the song that reminds me that life is life and you just need to breathe and continue, be strong... and know that you will get through it... its one of those songs that just brgn you back to yourself.

I suffer from paranoia issues. I will sometimes get panic attacks in the middle of the night and usually have that "someone-standing-over-your-sh­oulder" feeling while trying to sleep. Since i've been listening to this song, I haven't had a big issue in 2 months.
