Talk about a talented band! My friends and I used to go watch Rocky & the boys at Mr Joes Madeira Beach Fl in the 80's They were the coolest! Rocky's amazing guitar sound,solid groovin rhythm section, Robert "Gig" Griffith killer trombone and Rex Freligh is simply one of the best sax players I've ever heard! Very reminiscent of another personal fav sax Andy Mackay of Roxy Music! AWESOME! Checkout Rex's recent sax work on Black Market's "Justified"! Incredible!
