Good form Clifta bent over rows is one of my favorite movements to do for back...great vid showing the proper to do them as well as overall back...thanks....

I know that momentum thingy, for sure! I have to do that on my last working set of T-bar rows. I used to feel kinda guilty, but thanks to you, I am redeemed! Question for you, Clifta .. do you experience any strength differential when pulling up, as if one side doesn't want to pull up as high as the other? Or am I just getting old?

@gary23902003 Yay! And you are NOT getting old :) I think for most people each side of our bodies are different sometimes making each side feel differently. I don't feel much difference on the bent rows when doing them, but I do on 1 arm dumbbell rows. My right side is easer to feel than my left. hope that helps. :)
