This is a positive affirmations video I made for myself but thought I could upload for other people too.

It is not enough to just hope you will be positive in the future; positivity is a mental habit that you can improve through practice. Positive affirmations (positive statements) can help train your brain to think good thoughts and thereby uplift your life.

Every new thought creates a new 'neural pathway' in the brain. Once it learns the route, the brain is more likely to repeat the same route later on in life. That is why people who feel depressed can often feel depressed for a long time, because the brain is just repeating and repeating the negative thought processes it has learnt before.

Positive affirmations work by teaching your brain to create and then follow new, optimistic neural pathways.

Watch the screen and lose yourself in the moment, hearing only positive ideas and good energy. Find those good characteristics within yourself and bring them to life :)

Resting and meditation are crucial to overcoming stress and difficulty of any kind. Therefore there is a time gap in the end of this video to give you a few moments, just to rest your mind and focus yourself, although of course you can stop the video if you want to!
