Here's a simple, acoustic approach to Paint It Black by the Rolling Stones, in ADAD tuning played on a Freshwater Octave Mandola. Using simple paired fretting on alternate strings, you can bring out the droning dark melody of this song. A 'how to play' slowed down description is on the second half of this video. Sorry, there's no singing cause I'm not Mick Jagger and I don't know the words, just the melody.
