  • Hey man, thank you for your vids! I'm a recovering athlete... I let myself go after starting a desk job years ago, gained a LOT of weight (thank God I was fit, I gained weight but got massive and not round!) and after getting my blood tested I started hitting the gym hard! I had high blood sugar and high blood pressure. I started back at the gym at 355lbs (I'm 6'2") and after 2 months I'm down to 324lbs. Gonna kick it up a notch with your advice! you rock!
