want to download something but afraid of getting caught?
well heres what you do and i use it and never got caught.
download and install peer block
http://www.peerblock.com
and Utorrent
http://www.utorrent.com
once you installed both - visit iblocklist
http://www.iblockilist.com
go to LIST and copy any url on the right side - on peer block go to list manager, add, name and add url.
and enjoy not being caught!

i agree, strong security + VPN + mac spoofing + IP filters arent enough, just have to be extra careful especially on torrent trackers like denistalker or fake h33t.
the ones that give you 404 or 500 errors are usually bad itself
