The process :-
. Click on Pay Employees
. Click Start New Pay Run
. Enter the pay date (when the employees will be paid)
. Change any figures as necessary
. Click Calculate Deductions
. Click View/Print all payslips as PDF
. The payslips can be printed on plain paper, security paper or sent by email
. Click Confirm Payments
