  • good job dude. one suggestion i would have is to lock it out on the way up. youll see faster results that way

  • @pumitaproductions i noticed when i lockout each rep by joints bother me and my friend that benches like triple my body weight raw doesn't lock out except for like the last 1 or 2 reps. but thanks man

  • @Mazda3lova i dont really do barbell flat bench anymore, even though i did yesterday. before that i did it 3 weeks ago. but i focus on dumbell flat now. did 100's 7 reps last week haha weighing 179.6lbs

  • @FlatlineFoster863123 uhhh okk sure, put up some vids then and how about u SHOW ME....i kno wat im doin, thats why i havent done barbell bench in weeks because that messes up ur shoulder joints big time. ESPECIALLY when u lock out for every rep which ur not supposed to do because u actually get stronger doing half reps. but yea since u kno everything good luck lmao =)
