I bought sprints hero the 1st of April and I am about to take it back for a 3rd hero. The outside speaker keeps blowing up on me so that I can not us the speaker phone nor hear it ring. I love what the phone can do, but if I can't hear a ring or use the speaker phone it is not much good. I will take it back on Monday again for a third hero and hopefully this one won't blow up on me. I think I will buy the insurance on this 3rd one incase it blows up again after my 30 day free look.

Hey, Dave, who was responsible for redesigning the Hero into this ugly thing, the same person who styles your hair?

HTC Hero is best. Touch Pro 2 doesn't have apps.

if your asking which is better its personal preference
the iphone is a good multimedia phone
well the hero is more a phone for the nerds it has alot of great features that the iphone doesnt have but it isnt as user friend
and for the htc pro 2 i would just avoid windows phones all together

Not saying the other carriers won't respond with a plan of their own, but Sprint has set the bar with their "Any Mobile, Any Time" plan. It is far and away cheaper than Verizon, At&T, et al. And their coverage is fine. They are even trying to get better with their technical support. I was ready to abandon Sprint. Not now! Love my HTC Hero.

hi, which one isbetter and why phone from the 3GS or the new HTC HERO or and the HTC PRO 2?

70 bucks a month for unlimited texting, internet, and calls to any network..not that bad compared to other networks...and those phones suck

mrcrayon needs to get a job so he can stop crying to his mom about "mom i need a new phone cause sprint sucks" and get his own plan. what a whiny little bitch. hes lucky he even has a phone.
Definitely Sprint has the best rates! For example I have 4 lines on my account. We have everything data for 129.99 plus 60.00 for the two additional lines.. bill is 170.00 we get 1,500 minutes, plus Sprint offered me nights starting at 6p.m. for free for all 4 lines, plus now the features they added, where you can call any mobile from any network, and let's not mention other features like GPS, live TV. etc etc...

Relax MrCrayon, in my area Sprint has one of the best coverage and compared to AT&T.. the same plan I'm paying $60 for on Sprint would cost my $90 on AT&T so sorry to burst you're bubble, but may want to check your facts first.
