15 turns faster, my experience with both kites is that in the low end you might win 1 knot, but at the high end you can hold the 15 at least 3 knots longer. The 19 powers up up big time from 14 knots up.
but if you live in a very lightwind area, you want to go for max power on the low end. so the 19 would be a good choice.

i'm pulling my hair out trying to decide between the speed3 deluxe 15m or deluxe 19m..
averaging 7 knots in my area.
how much faster does the 15m turn compared to 19m, or it doesn't really matter in winds this light?
