what tools are needed to put this helmet together, I just order mine from ebay...

the tools I used to put the Helmet together were:
Dremel
Small files
Painters tape
Screw driver
Sand paper
Pliers

I put the helmet together. The Helmet came with the armor kit.

The instructions are good for a quick build and thats about all...
I just got back from my first troop and I can tell you that if I had built it using the instructions there's no way I would have been as confident or as comfortable as I was for 4hrs trooping @ SDCC.

is that the stunt helmet you have?
And can you tell me more about wath the hero shelmet have that not the stunt helmet have ?

Hey Zirro
From what information I have gathered the differences are:
HERO lenses are a Smoke colour and are bubbled.
STUNT Lenses are a Green colour and they are flat.
HERO frown has 3 breath holes.
STUNT frown has 4 breath holes.
HERO brow piece is lower.
STUNT brow is a little higher.
