head glitching is when you stand behind something and people can only see your head head above the object, but the field of view gets messed up and you can everything in front of you. ( so its an unfair advantage)

ohh head glitching when you are behind something and the enemy/or you can only see the head so it's hard to shoot at... like that you can only see head

When you are hiding behind something, (rock, boulder, vehicle, wall etc.) and your head is the only thing sticking out. Your gun is able to move and hit targets on your creen, as if the cover only reached your chest, but the enemy can only see the tip of your head, making you a nearly impossible target to hit. It's effective, but annoying as hell.
