I had this soup at "Los Gallos" in Chicago, and it's delicious. There is also another restaurant in Chicago called, "Tio Luis" on Archer, and they also serve the Carne en su Jugo, which is also good.

Esto no es la tipica carne en su jugo esta loco y que empezo por accidente en chicago .....esto es tipico de Guadalajara!!!!!! desde hace años atras x las carnes Garibaldi desde q yo era nina nos llevaban ahi. Si Srrr!!! Y como todo platillo disque mexicano aca en USA ya lo tiene todo picado y preparado ascooo si la carne debe de ser cocida en su propio jugo y junto con el tocino no todo separado como lo hacen aqui.
