The original version was written by the late Freddie Mercury and recorded in 1979 by Queen and its on their album called The Game. It was recorded at Musicland Recording Studio which was in Munich. But like a few things related to Queen, the studio is no longer there.

My dad loved Queen, The beatles and he also loves Mcfly's version of their songs.
