Congratulations Claudia! Perhaps the little bit of weight you lost and the better health that your body was in, due to p90x helped you get pregnant! I know someone that tried to get pregnant for 10 years and lost 40lbs (bc her doctor told her to lose weight) and she got pregnant soon after!

I'm very happy for you. Being pregnant is such a beautiful thing. I felt really scared during my first pregnancy, too. Try not to worry, I'm sure your baby is fine and healthy. I'm sure you can continue exercising but not as instense:) Good for you. God bless.
