  • @PTR131 Yes it is a squat. You are just isolating one leg at a time.  It really helps with explosiveness and the fact that it works pretty much your whole leg, you will be hurting the next day.

  • I did these last week...with 135 lbs (I usually squat up to about 265-285 depending) for 12 reps...tremendous workout...my quads and glutes were buring for days...
