  • I agree that this is a good shoer. He balanced the foot and did not cut where the foot had naturally worn. he is adept with thise expensive nippers. i done this for 43 years so my opinion should account for something mates.

  • what does the fact he's American have anything to do with the way he shoes horses? thats the most ridiculous comment i've ever read. since you are an APPRENTICE and not a professional you should keep stupid comments like that yourself. post a video of your own if you can do better....

  • does this horse get ridden barefoot or did he put shoes on? if it is ridden bare, i feel bad for him, the farrier took all his built up protection off his sole in a few quick swipes.

  • nice to see the horses hooves are in good condition x

  • well hes talkitive!!!

  • I know nothing about horses, but that must feel amazing for the horse

  • Another incomplete, incorrect trim!

  • wtf you idiot, its been done properly, , don't cut the frog, and it will grow out of proportion before you know it, stfu and don't even tell a farrier how to do his job, if he didn't know this video would not exist. okay? good game.

  • dont touch the heals ugh lol. i spoke to late

  • Read the foot, as this farrier did. Correct trimming is a very broad topic. Frog trimming for thrush control, for over developed frogs, for removing loose material is critical. You cannot see this angle from this video. So do not start to throw hexes at this farrier. Farriers work with each horse, foot, limb, trim cycle and work and the OWNER. This is a good farrier doing reputable work.
