Nothing new, Chinese has been interfering in other Nation's affairs for years now.
Be it in India, Burma, Vietnam, Korea or Japan. China should remember that it is Isolating itself with these moves and that it is surrounded in all sides by Nations that dislike China's aggressive policies that intrude in other Nation's sovereignty.

China should build the dam and let the river go dry on Indian side and should change the water direction totally. Indians should not keep a double standard vision in this regard, now that China is building dam, you felt the pain of being a dry barren land , what FARRAKAH BARRAGE that India has built which has turned Bangladesh's once Padma river into a grass land ? India didnt care about his neighbor so why should China ? Go china just do it and leave em Dry.....

And what about setting up more than 200 dams being built in Arunachal...why aren't the dams in Arunachal stopped? like the hydro experts suggest build small hydel powered set ups....but no it is only responding to big corporate players worries and thats all.... Sunder lal Bahugna is entirely correct on the point that big dams will lead to ecological disaster....in which case the sate of Arunachal in anyways heading to one with its proposed MoU's of more than 200 dams to be built in the state!!
