its 30 feet long, just used some scrap wood lying around to try it out building a rail, we're making an 50 footer this year, we board on a small lake just on the north shore of lake superior in canada

got no choice but to do it that way...built it in three hours with 2 x 24 cases of beer and its 70ft deep where its anchored
