Chun-li is cool and everything but Vega was messing with her for the first half of the fight. He had plenty of opportunities to finish her off. Chun-li wins because she's good, Vega loses for being bad. 90's cartoons weren't really breaking the norm too often. Still one of the best anime fights I've ever seen though.

@18Annex I have to disagree...if an "unarmed" woman can take a beating like that and still rise above especially while in her nightgown, I call that KICKING HIS BUTT ;)
