First off, the person below me needs to learn how to speak proper english, second off, Kanye himself is a racist but he thinks that he isnt because he himself is a minority. And third, Huricane Katrina didnt effect just black people, it effected everyone. For Kanye to say that its a black thing is in itself racist. Kanye is a prick.
