Tuck Jumps
Initially you should perform these as single repetitions.
As you get better and stronger you can make them continuous. Just make sure you can land softly not smacking the ground hard.

  • @MorrisTheAdam I agree. I do plyo training at home and get as high as this guy...and that's sad considering I haven't been performing tuck jumps for very long, nor do I wear the best quality shoes when I do them.

  • they are weak, pop down to any kickboxing/martial arts gym and watch some real high intensity jumps, the knees should be literally tuckign right into your chest.

  • not only that t works your core hes not doing them totally correct youy wanna shove your knees as far into your chest as you can and jump as high as you can and then when you land tap to ground and come up as fast and hard as youcan and do these quickly for 3 sets of 15 seconds it is a great workout for your calves and all of your legs and abs

  • I'd like to see you do them continously
