'ನಾಗರಹಾವು' ಪುಟ್ಟಣ್ಣ ಕಣಗಾಲ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಖ್ಯಾತ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರ. ವಿಷ್ಣುವರ್ಧನ್, ಆರತಿ, ಅಶ್ವಥ್, ಲೀಲಾವತಿ, ಶಿವ್ರಾಂ ನಟಿಸಿದ ಚಿತ್ರ. ಈ ಚಿತ್ರ ವಿಷ್ಣುವರ್ಧನರ ಹಾಗು ಅಂಬರೀಶರ ಚಿತ್ರ ವೃತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿತು.

ಜಲೀಲ (ಅಂಬರೀಶ್), ಒಬ್ಬ ಬೀದಿ ಕಾಮಣ್ಣ, ವರ್ದನ (ಶಿವ್ರಾಂ) ತಂಗಿ ಅಲಮೇಲು (ಆರತಿ)ಳನ್ನು ಚುಡಾಯಿಸ್ತಾನೆ. ವರ್ದ ಜಲೀಲನನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಿ ಒದೆ ತಿನ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವ್ನಿಗೆ ಪಾಠ ಕಲ್ಸೊಕೆ ರಾಮಾಚಾರಿಯ (ವಿಷ್ಣುವರ್ಧನ್) ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನ ಬೇಡ್ತಾನೆ.

'Naagarahaavu' is a famous kannada movie directed by Puttanna Kanagal. Vishnuvardhan, Arathi, Ashwath, Leelavathi, Shivram starred in this film. This film launched the film careers of Vishnuvardhan and Ambarish.

Jaleel (Ambarish), a road side romeo teases Alamelu (Arathi) - the sister of Varda (Shivram). Varda accosts Jaleel only to be thrashed. Varda seeks the help of Ramachari (Vishnuvardhan) to teach Jaleel a lesson.

Super Scene ... one of my favorite scene of all time... Vishnuvardhan, Ambreesh and Sampath ha ha ha ha gaaawwddd!! Why cant such movies like this come again !
