chile was never part of the incan empire the reaon is because there was a warlike tribe called the mapuche they were simmilar to the appache
the inca were never able to conquer them
it took spain 300 yrs to end there resistance to the spanish ocuptation os central and southern chile
the northern part of chile used to belong to bolivia and peru but the brittish used chile to steal that land
