  • Thank you for taking a look at our video - our hope is to quickly illustrate a drive over silage pile and promote the benefits of improved feed, less shrink, and marked safety vs. the conventional pile-it-to-the-sky piles we see.

  • honkyplowboy - good observation on the dirt - the pad on this could have been cleaner and in fact we recommend that farmers build their drive over piles on asphalt or concrete - but as you know that is very expensive. The ash content in the pile was not as high as you would think and the feed came out great. As for the thickness of the layers, please keep in mind that this is a time-lapse video and the actual making of the pile took many hours, not the few minutes that are represented here.

  • @cpkuber you dont want to build it over asphalt cuz it has oil in it and the feed will absorb sum of that and will taste like it

  • I see alot of dirt being added to this pile not what I would call a good example also not spreading in very thin layers I would not have posted this with my name

  • this is awesome
