A fight test for the series which showcases the type of fighting that will be present throughout. Much rougher than our usual, and more focused and grounded in character. A synopsis of the entire series is below.
SYNOPSIS:
Daniel Vicente (Shawn Bernal) is Chicago's most feared hit man whose life has been disciplined by an assassin's creed of solitude and tradition. Serving as the right hand man of Patrick Keller (Chad Sheveland), the second most powerful crime lord in Chicago, Daniel has assisted Patrick into the power and status that he holds. However, when an unexpected double cross occurs during the assassination of a well-known council leader, Daniel finds himself the prime target of the fearsome Madame Lo (Allison Carvalho), leader of the triads. After finding out that Patrick approved the hit on him, Daniel is left stunned and angered. Confused, betrayed, and left with no explanation, Daniel must confront old friends and past demons, while questioning his own creed to find out who he can trust, why he was double crossed, and to ultimately find the reason of his existence.
Inspired by Kim Ji Woon's "A Bittersweet Life", and Jean-Pierre Meville's "Le Samourai", Those Who Go To Hell tells a revenge story in the most straightforward and unflinching manner, where a city and its citizens are represented by black and white, and only when one steps into the gray, can they find balance.
With stunningly brutal fight scenes by Chicago's own Lazy Brown Productions, Those Who Go To Hell showcases the raw power of the city's underbelly, and how much one has to suffer before they find peace.
Those Who Go To Hell also showcases indie talent from across both coasts of the country with featured guest appearances by:
Eric Jacobus, Dennis Ruel, Ray Carbonel, and Shaun Finney of The Stunt People from San Francisco, CA. (Undercut, Contour, Dogs of Chinatown, 2006 MTV Movie Award Nominee for Undercut, 2006 Action on Film Festival Official Selection and Nominee for Best Fight Choreography for Contour).
Fernando "Jay" Huerto of Jabronie Pictures from San Diego, CA. (Heart Shot Grand Prix, 2008 Action on Film Festival Official Selection for Aim For The Heart, Gunpoint 2)
Paul Drechsler-Martell, Scott Hoffman, and Jose Pacheco of Hyphen Movies from Middletown, CT. (Ground and Pound, Dogs of Chinatown, Strife)
Derek Lee of The Breakfast Machine from San Francisco, CA. (2007 Apple Insomnia Film Festival Official Selection for Apt. 309, HK, Delivery)
Leo Kei Angelos of Redeemer Productions from Boston, MA. (Pins and Needles, RAIN, Black Powder Vengeance)
Jon Truei of Surprise-Terminated Films from Voorhees, NJ. (Reflection, 2 ½ Losers, Confessions of a Vertically Challenged High School Girl)
A 4 part webisode series and short film premiering in early 2009.

Actually, its very hard to do snap zooms on a regular 1 - 3 CCD cameras (the stuff you can buy at best buy, circuit city, etc.) because most dont have smooth manual zooms that you can toy with. its possible to an extent, but I hear you have to play around with it. Its dreadful on our usual one, so thats why I never do it =P
But yes, DVX 100A for the win. =)

Indeed. This is only a small preview of whats to come. But the fights in general won't be terribly long, because the episodes won't be long in their own right. Just have to wait and see. =) Thanks for the comments though!
