You could achieve this exact same effect by simply super-imposing a picture onto the background and adding a film grain effect to the picture.
If it was a color picture, you'd simply have to swap the pallete to create a black and white picture.
Not really impressive at all to be honest.

A) It takes roughly 10 minutes to do.
B) Dozens of people have been caught doing that exact kind of fakery. It's quite common among the paranormal community to simply photoshop images and distort them.
If you claim you didn't do it, fine. However don't be surprised that people don't believe you as this isn't different from virtually any other ghost video on youtube. And quite a few people put days of work with expensive video-editing equipment into making their images look real.
