  • I did not post the placing and cuts because views would automatically could have gone to the placing with out thinking about the class. I would love to do more of these, but have not found the time. New Years Resolution!

  • I is the largest framed of a muscular top pair (granted, its cuz he is much older, but you have to

  • judge them as peers in the class)

3 is the nicest profiling steer in the class with a very thick top and superior muscling over the bottom pair. (I love this steer and thought he would walk away with the county show, but in a shameful political statement the judge placed him last.)

  • 2 just cannot compete with the muscling and profile of the top pair (interestingly enough this calf suprised everyone and grew a huge frame)

  • 4 is the least muscular most structurally incorrect steer in the class

  • 1324 is my placing... one is by far wider through the rump< and combined with his long body makes him first. Maybe three had a more muscular loin, but he didnt have the framework of one. however< three still had the look of an ideal market steer. I know these arent correctly organized reasons but im just gonna put 2 and 4 together saying they were light muscled and weak structured and will/would hang the least pounds. It also looks as if they gained the least pounds per day...

  • you can clearly see 1 has more dimension and muscle from hip through the lower portion of his quarter and is equally as massive on the topside of his skeleton sure you look at him in terms of a foot and bone standpoint hes a nickle frailer boned then the steer i like 2nd but for me 1's the more complete balanced package that has a more muscle product and will send a larger percentage of meat to the rail

  • 3,1,2,4

  • 3,1,2,4(:

  • i think the placing would be 3,1,2,4 the reson for #3 bein first is because he is the biggest most muscular he has a nice structure and he has very good pasterns but #1 has a better rib spring and then #2 is an alright steer. he would have been 1st or 2nd but he doesnt have as much meat...then well #4 has a good structure i gues but he just isnt tht big and it doesnt looklike he will get much bigger......but idk he might

  • Yes. Placed them correctly
