It is scary. I think they know that if they get too carried away that the numbers are against them. That is why you see the indoctrination to liberalism in our public schools and colleges. They want to control the minds and thinking of the next generation to get the overall number back in their favor. That is when it will happen under the radar of most of us.

You do a valid point. I have many friends that are in Iraq/Afgahnistan or have just joined. I havn't talked to all of them about it yet but the ones that I did talk to said that they would absolutely not kill American citizens. However, the military brainwashes you once you began your training. They teach you to kill and thats what they pound in your head.

American soldiers would not kill American civilians. I guarantee that. The only other way for the gov't to enforce their plans is through the UN and foreign troops. What is it going to take for us as citizens to rise up and overthrow the evils that run our country?

Some might not, but some will do as told. I have a friend who just left for Afghanistan, and we were discussing what might happen in the event of a revolution (here), after realising the possiblility of it, he tells me "da*mn, i might have to shoot some of my friends" thats reassuring...

I had a real close friend of mine that came back from Iraq completely different. All he talked about was killing poeple and how proud he was of killing people in Iraq. It scared me really. So yes you're right I'm sure there will be those that obey orders, however in my opinion I beleive the majority wouldn't

Have you ever heard of the shootings by the national guard I believe in the sixties at Ken State? They shot and killed American Citizens, or how about the civil rights era? I hope your right but I put nothing past a person trying to hang on to their job security by following orders. I wonder why they had weapons drawn in New Orleans after Katrina..were they not Americans. Point being I don't believe you can guarantee that. That's all!

That is an IMPOSSIBLE guarantee. Soldiers are indoctrinated by the system which trains them to "follow orders under threat of penalty". No doubt some are able to still make clear distinctions between ethical situations, but others are so indoctrinated and easily controlled by their "superiors" they will inevitably do EXACTLY what they are told and not bat an eye, firmly believing it is NATIONALIST duty and service.
