i have the same laptop, its really nice for the price... very generous with the suprisngly good visuals.. ill tell ya this... aside from crysis i havent found a game that would badly cripply this lil monster :p ill make vids on request if any questions r given

@hkseo100 also, if you invest $20 in a cooler, it will be fine, i wouldnt even run it without one to save the cpu..i doubt the cpu has good thermal grease, might want to invest in some of that too..about the battery, most gaming laptops only have 2 hours max..nothing you can do about that

bought my last laptop..got a ripped off and can't even play the game i want. Gathering more informations about Asus G51vx. How much did you spend on this? amazon's are like in the range of 700~800. Is it a good price?

If it can play games it can do anything... games need alot of power GPU CPU lots of RAM... so yeah you can do anything

I heard it heats up really bad. and has extremely short battery (2 hours)
You think it'll be hot and goes for only 2 hours when im browsing the web?

sadly yes it does not have a very long lasting battery....but depending on wear ur putting it shouldnt heat up reallllly badly....i mean if ur putting it on a bed or pillow...ya of coarse it will heat up...laptops arent made to be put on beds or anything soft.....hence the meaning (laptop) lol
