Lets see here, 1 your freedom of speech does not include signs 2 you have the right to bear arms but he has the right to arrest you for it. 3 You have to get permission from the state to speak on the states private property. 4 the state is the govt. not the citizens of the state. 5 all citizens must carry their papers because they are all suspects for outstanding warrants. 6 If a driver looks at you and wrecks, it is your fault.---What a Nazi Clown!

This cop is simply wasting time trying to explain safety and common sense to a fanatic who flatly refuses to listen. There are limits to free speech. One of those limits is a high-speed highway where the number, type, and locations of signs (and similar distractions) are controlled to reduce accidents.

He says the issue is private property, yet he tries to blame "possible" car accidents on the people.

Yeah I have to say that you should never make a cop make you look like an asshole, I support Ron Paul and am very active in the campaign, but this is an embarrasment. This whole idea is based on common sense, if you wanted to piss the cop off you should have moved 10ft down the street.
